    The Weekend Nurse Supervisor (LPN) is responsible for the management of resident care services on an assigned shift by delivering the absolute best experience, optimizing performance, and leading employee connections within our community. 



    Required Experience for a Weekend Nurse Supervisor/LPN:

    • Licensed Nurse Practitioner (LPN) in the state. Assisted Living/Memory Care experience preferred. Prior supervisory experience required.


    Accountabilities for a Weekend Nurse Supervisor/LPN

    • Lead, manage, and overall accountability for your team and their performance.
    • Responsible for meeting with potential and current residents to complete evaluations.
    • Understanding and leading our care standards so you and your team ensure that each resident and each family has their needs met.
    • Communicating messages tactfully and timely with resident’s families and ensuring the message has been received and correctly understood.
    • Maintains appropriate and complete documentation per company policies.
    • Respond in a timely manner to resident needs as observed, reported by staff, written communication, resident or family – Report to Wellness Director.
    • Making good and timely decisions.
    • Gaining the confidence and trust and others.
    • Building strong resident relationships.
    • Sharing a vision and strategy that motivates others to action.
