Director of Sales
The Director of Sales is a sales professional responsible for leasing up a senior living community beginning in the construction phase and continuing through stabilization. By creating and following a strategic business plan, the ideal candidate will manage their sales funnel, create urgency with prospects and follow a sales process through closing to achieve optimal occupancy and revenue targets.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, sit; use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
