The Regional Life Enrichment Director is responsible for coaching, training, developing and providing direction to a team of Life Enrichment Directors in order to successfully empower and inspire our residents to Shine.Everyday. This role requires strong leadership acumen in addition to effective coaching and mentoring skills. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities are required to ensure effective and timely interactions across functional areas.
